  • How much does it cost to clean my gutters?
This is hard to answer since the price is based on the linear footage of your gutters, so it just depends on how much gutters you have on your home. The price is $1.00/linear foot of gutters. A typical single-story home gutter cleaning is priced between $175 and $250. A typical double story building will cost between $240 and $290. Often I will measure out how much gutters are on your home and then give you an estimate and if you are agreeable to everything than I can clean them out usually right away.

It really depends on where you live. If your home is near trees and shrubs than it would be wise to get your gutters cleaned once or twice a year to prevent any clogging or potential damage to your home. If your home is in an open area, than every few years should be sufficient since over time your gutters can still build up with shingle granules, dirt and various debris.

If your gutters are clogged and water starts to build up, when it freezes in the winter, the ice will expand and contract which could cause damage to the gutters and gutter seals. Even the weight from the water/ice and junk in your gutters could be enough to pull the gutters away from the roof and pull out the supporting gutter screws and gutter hangers. There's also water stains, rotting fascia boards and other damages caused by water.

Other factors come into effect like the size of the windows, ease of access, how high the windows are, stains, how dirty they are and how big or small the job is, etc... The price is $2.50/pane of glass (every side of glass with a frame or border around it is considered a pane). If you get the inside and outside windows cleaned than screen cleaning is included for free otherwise it's $2.00/screen. For example, you might pay $100 or more for cleaning a standard area of concrete but if you want to have your entire home or your roof cleaned, you should call for a free estimate.
  • What can you clean with a pressure washer?
Here's some pressure washing services we provide: - Full house exterior and siding - Driveways and sidewalks - Decks and patios - Garage floors and parkades - Roof moss removal ...and pretty much whatever else you need.
  • Can the pressure washer damage my property?
The high pressure associated with a pressure washer can absolutely harm any surface, regardless of whether it is wood, concrete or siding. That being said, using a professional pressure washing service allows you to take full advantage of the power cleaning associated with a pressure washing machine without having to worry about any damage to the home. I The pressure washer we use is strong enough to remove most stains, dirt and grime but not so strong as to damage your property or home. We also use an adapter so that the water stream is washing downwards to ensure no water gets behind the vinyl house siding and in the direction of the overlap so as not to get any water behind it. We are clean, courteous and do a very thorough job.
  • What can you do to remove those stubborn stains?
We have an effective four-step method. We start by spraying on a safe degreaser to help loosen the grime, then manually brush the affected area and give it a rinse before thoroughly pressure washing the area. This has proven to be the best way to remove those tough stains.
  • What's the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Pressure washing uses highly pressurized water to forcefully remove any dirt or grime from the surface that it comes into contact with. Soft washing forgoes much of that pressurization in favor of chemicals. Soft washing is a cleaning method that uses a low pressure washing technique, along with a mixture of algaecides, bleach, surfactants and water, to safely clean exterior surfaces of organic stains, mildew and algae.
  • Why should I hire a professional pressure washing company?
Although some people think they can do the pressure washing themselves, there is a method that is involved to the overall pressure washing process. It not only includes picking the right pressure but also picking the proper wand, tip, type of pressure washer, the amount of pressure, the method of pressure washing and which cleaning product to use. In doing so, it not only helps to keep your home clean but it also keeps the surface clean for an extended amount of time and also can prevent costly damage to your property. In the hands of an unskilled user, it is possible to etch some of the surfaces and damage them permanently.
